Non-stock items will ask for approval when they are added to an order. The person with approval access can only approve the order. Alternatively, you can send a CRM event message to the person who has access to approve the order from the CRM tab.
- Until the Order is approved, the "Add PO" button will not be visible.
To Be Purchased Report:
- The order will not appear in the "To Be Purchased Report" until it has been approved.
Once after approval we can see the following changes:
- We can see by which user it has been Approved/Disapproved and when it has been Approved/Disapproved.
- The "i" icon which denotes Approval/Disapproval Notes, when hovered over, displays the Notes.
- "Add PO" button can be seen in the middle right of the screen.

To access Unapproved Sale Orders Report - Go to Reports >> Custom Reports >> Unapproved Sale Orders Report
- An authorized person can run this report regularly to check for any orders that need approval. Each order can then be approved once the items have been checked.
- You can add it to their Favorites for easy access.
