Pick tickets are added to Sales Orders when the order is ready for the next step towards fulfillment. Pick tickets are used in different ways depending on the company.
Pick Tickets are used as a list of items for workers to stage for shipment or pickup. They will literally "pick" the slabs on the ticket from the yard/warehouse.

THINGS TO KNOW
- After a Pick Ticket is added to a Sales Order, the header information (customer info) is disabled from editing. You must remove the Pick Ticket before editing the Billing and Job information on the order.
- When items from a Sales Order are added to Pick Tickets, they can no longer be removed from the Sales Order. You can edit slab sizes on Pick Tickets, but you cannot edit the product name itself until it is removed from the Pick Ticket.
- Multiple Pick Tickets can be added to Sales Orders. You can add a Pick Ticket for part of an order, and then add a different Pick Ticket for the rest of the order on a later date. However, different Pick Tickets cannot be combined. You must separately invoice parts of an order which are added to separate Pick Tickets.
