Open the Supplier Invoice/Packing List for which you would like to return the inventory and click on "Add Return / Credit Memo" in the 5th Step - Returns(Items)
After selecting "Add Return/Credit Memo" option, you'll be redirected to a new page, where you need to select the items, that you wish to return and click on "Add Supplier Credit Memo" button.
A. Enter the required information. Give a credit memo reference number, date. Change the status to the predefined Status's. Internal Notes for the information to be seen by only your organization employees. Printed Notes is for the Supplier.
B. Select the required products from the list, that you would return to the supplier. As slab is as indivisible item, it will only give option to select.
C. For Non-Slab products, you can enter the quantity manually, here in this case, from the 100 Pieces purchased, you can enter any number of pieces that you wish to return. and select the checkbox to add it to the Credit Memo.
D. If you want to delete those items from the Credit Memo, click on "delete" icon to delete.
E. Other Supplier Credits can be added in this section; such as broken slab which you're not returning, etc.
F. Other Supplier Costs can be added in this section; such as Re-Stocking free, etc.
G. After entering all the required fields, click on "Add Supplier Credit Memo" button.

After clicking on "Add Supplier Credit Memo" button, this will create a Credit Memo, which will be similar as shown below.
To apply this Credit Memo to the actual Supplier Invoice/Packing List, click on "Apply/Unappy Balance to other Transactions"

Select the Supplier Invoice for which you would want to apply this credit memo to, then adjust the amount, and click on "Save & View Payment" to save the Transaction.
