Go to Respective Sale Order Detail Page, Click on the “Receive Deposit” button.
1) Select % of SO Amount to auto fill the Deposit amount based on % of Sale Order Amount Due or you can enter the amount manually.
2) Select the Payment Method.
3) Click on the Add New Deposit button.
The Deposit amount details are shown under Sale order Detail page Totals Section(Ex: Unapplied -CC -Amex#).

By clicking on the Deposit link, You will see the Deposit Detail page.
You can see the Deposit applied Sale Order#, Date and Sales Rep information in "Deposit Applied To" section.

Convert Customer Receipt into Deposit
A Pop-up is generated based on the selected option from "Deposit Applied To".
Click on "Select" based on which Order, you want to link Deposit to.
Click on "Select" based on which Order, you want to link Deposit to.
After clicking on "Select" to any paticular Order. The Deposit gets linked to a new order which is been selected.
