To see all the Divisions, go to Lists >> Company >> Locations
Select the Location for which you want to add/update divisions from the list.
After selecting the Location, go to Divisions tab as shown below.
To add a new Division, Enter the Code for the Division and the Name. Select the Module for which you want to show the divisions to be displayed. Namely: "Purchase", "Sales". If you want to show in both modules select "All". If its a default Division, checkmark "Is Default" and click on "Add Division" button to add the division. |
Click on "Edit" icon to update the division from the list. Change the name or Code or module and click on "Update Division" to update the entered information.
